3. Sales and Payments
Pricing: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
Sales Tax: In accordance with California law, sales tax will be calculated and charged based on the shipping destination for orders delivered within California.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Maesto, UnionPay and Diners Club International cards, in addition to Klarna, Affirm, Apple Pay and Google Pay. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided.

4. Shipping and Delivery
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

5. Returns and Refunds
Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Items must be in original, unused condition.
Customer will pay for return shipping.
Opened products may not be returned for any reason.
Defective products will be replaced as supplies allow, but cannot be guaranteed. Customers are encouraged to bring such matters to the attention of MediaOCD as soon as possible for the best outcome.

6. Damaged Goods
MediaOCD guarantees your discs will play when they arrive, and the disc itself will be free of defects and damage. Damage to the outer packaging shall be evaluated on a case by case basis and we will offer credit or refund as deemed necessary. While we take every precaution to deliver your order free from shipping damage, sometimes it is unavoidable. Replacing damaged goods is very expensive, so minor damage (such as loose discs, slightly marred cardboard slipcovers, or slightly cracked cases) may not be refunded except in exceptional circumstances.

7. California Proposition 65

8. Limitation of Liability
