Episode 19 of Full Moon had an issue in its initial pressing that caused the video to go out of sync for most of the episode. We caught the vast majority of the copies that went out, but a few that were mostly sold through Amazon or small 3rd party retailers ended up in circulation.
If you bought your disc at Amazon or another store, check the copyright line on the bottom edge of disc 2. After the catalog number (AE13), if there’s an extra “•” character, you have a fixed disc, and there is no need to fill out this form.
